What it is
Hermes Agent is an open source AI agent from Nous Research. You give it instructions and it does the work: research, plan the angle, write the draft, prepare a visual brief.
I'm not a developer. Just a regular person who likes exploring AI and automation. Picture sending one voice note and letting Hermes do the work after that. This is a workflow Hermes can help you build step by step.
How to start
- Start with one task only. Don't try to open an AI factory on day one.
- Send Hermes a voice note. Mine was: "this week I want to promote my guide."
- Ask Hermes to research, plan the angle, write a draft and prepare a visual brief.
- When the content is ready, I schedule it with Zernio.
- Your job is to review it before you publish.

Common questions
How much does it cost to run Hermes?
Hermes itself is free and open source. What you pay for is the AI model and the VPS. I run mine for under RM50.
Why does the Hermes gateway keep crashing?
If the gateway keeps crashing, your VPS can't handle it anymore. Upgrade the VPS.
How do I install it?
